After getting on 64E start watching for Exit 129A.  Take Exit 129A and get on route 9S.  Route 9S Turns into 307E after approx  4/10  of mile.   Go 1 and  3/10  of a mile and take a left on Country Club Drive.

Take a Left onto Country Club Drive.  After about 1/4 of a mile take a left onto Annebelle Lane.   Another 10th of a mile and the Chapel will be on the left.

NOTE:  You have passed up the turn if You come to the State Park Dam
